Quit Smoking Package

Hypnotherapy has an extremely high success rate in helping people quit smoking.

I offer a very effective and successful quit smoking program, where in one session you will leave as a non-smoker!

There is not another program like it, as I am sure you will find!

So if you want to have better health and live longer then this is for you! It will be the best investment you have ever made with regards to becoming a non-smoker! Hypnotherapy success rates are very high when compared with other methods of quitting!

I am very passionate that every client I see gets the very best service to ensure they have the greatest chance of becoming, and more importantly remaining, a healthy, happy, non-smoker.

The key is you genuinely want to stop smoking! Through hypnosis, the process reprograms the subconscious mind to change habits and ultimately make your subconscious mind believe you are now a non-smoker.

I am often asked this very question! Hypnotherapy can be very effective in helping you bring about change, be it Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Habit Breaking, Phobia’s etc….

Who are you doing this for (yourself or to please someone else)?

So if it takes 2 hours or 2 ½ hours to give you the most effective session to enable you to remain a non-smoker, then that is the time I will spend with you!

I believe in the smoking cessation package I have designed, it is completely unique and success rates are high. Before your session, I will give you tips to use to help you start the journey to become a non-smoker in order to increase your chances of success.
